Abby and Skyler

I met Abby several years ago when I took her senior pictures. I have a special place in my heart for girls with red hair and freckles so Abby's beautiful face is one I would never forget. I was excited when she called and asked me to photograph her wedding.

We scheduled their engagement session right in the middle of planting season so for their convenience we chose to photograph on Sunday and on Skyler's family farm. It was the type of day where it was raining off an on and the winds were gusting to 30mph! It is impossible to photograph out in the open when you have a pretty girl with long hair so we took most of their pictures inside the shop and the machine shed!

My favorite pictures are with Skyler's new farm truck. I hinted they should use the truck as their get away car after their wedding! You should have seen Abby's response to that!
